We had a great time staying at this cabin and exploring Tennessee. Although there was a great separate game room, everyone really enjoyed playing pool in the house. The location was super convenient for visiting both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, which we appreciated. The home was clean. The host made it easy by providing directions to home and access code prior to trip.

My group of 13 fit comfortably. The house was spacious and functional. The dolly/“play” room is located in the detached part of the house. Katie was great to work with. Location was awesome!

We had a family group of 11 stay at the property, a mix of adults and younger kids under 6. The house was clean and tidy, we had a few issues pop up that needed fixing but our host Katie was so quick to address them and checked in several times via messaging to make sure everything was good for our stay! When we had to ask for an extra trash pickup because of the bear enclosures being full, they were quick to accommodate. Our family loved playing in the game room, using the hot tub and just being able to unwind or sit around the large dining table for family dinners and card games. We felt like the space was great for our group, everyone was spread out and had their own areas within the house, you didn’t feel like you were on top of each other. We did get lucky and saw a baby bear and mama bear walk onto the deck while at our stay
.at 2pm while walking down the driveway by the cars (second day) so that kind of surprised us!. If you’re looking for a remote, up in the mountain retreat then this is a great spot to stay! The road up to the house made you feel like you were driving up a mountain. We also loved how close in proximity this house was to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was everything we had hoped for, large, clean tons of entertainment in the game room for the entire family. Location could not have been better and yet very private and quiet. Katie was a wonderful host and we would highly recommend this as the go to place for any large family.

Truly fantastic stay. There were 9 adults, a toddler and a newborn. Katie has thought of everything you could need during your stay. Plenty of space in this 5 bedroom home. We enjoyed the hot tub, used the brand new charcoal grill, played in the awesome game room, played pool every day. Spacious kitchen with all the necessary items to cook and enjoy a meal. Huge pantry and fridge. Safety gate at top of the stairs and many baby items supplied including a pack n play, baby tub, baby monitor and sound machine. Plenty of outdoor seating on different decks. If you can pull yourself away from the house, it's just a short drive to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg . Wifi struggles once you leave the house, so load directions before you leave!

Found everything as described in listing. Property was clean and well stocked. Used most of the amenities and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family. Convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions.

Guys Trip 2024

The house was perfect for our trip. The gameroom was awesome. We even had a chill evening in the hot tub! Even getting into town was a quick drive to everything. I highly recommend booking a stay here.

Love staying here, had a great time. Plenty of space for the whole family, close to grocery store and entertainment. Had to leave a 2 trash bags in the house , the bins were completely full did not want leave trash outside the house. Hope l can still get my deposit back.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. My husband and our children initially planned the vacation but my brother ended up driving my elderly parents down to be with us as well. There was plenty of room! The home has a nice, open living space and kitchen/dining area. We spent lots of our time at the property on the decks and outside because the decks were equally welcoming. Games like corn hole and large jenga were fun on the decks during the evening. The hot tub was immaculate- I'm guessing brand new. We loved the outdoor fire table.The home is well appointed with like new appliances and dishware. We found everything we needed available in the home. Toiletries, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, hand towels, and garbage bags (and more) were all provided upon our arrival which was incredibly convenient. We ended up extending our stay because we were all so exhausted from doing activities in PF. The owner was super accommodating, readily available, and communication with her was easy. There are steps leading to the home's entrance but no one in our party had trouble getting up or down them because they are very short stairs. If you are a hot sleeper you might find it better to leave the bedroom doors open during the night. I believe this must be a completely remodeled older home as there are no vents that we could see in the bedrooms. It was not an issue for me but my husband does like a cool sleep. Rotating fans in each bedroom made it no big deal. Geat stay!
