The room was very dated, the bathroom so small you could hardly turn around in it. Toilet!! was old, sat too low, the A/C unit was so close to the bed it was freezing!! Should have been a walk-in shower instead of a tub. I had my 88 yr old mom with me and it was difficult for her. The ceiling was so bad you could see the sections of drywall put up to cover the ceiling. The breakfast was terrible!! we never went back, and we wont be staying at this property again.

This property is our favorite place to stay in pigeon Forge. It sits just off the parkway, so it is very convenient, but sits right on the river, so you feel like you are escaping to nature. I can not say enough good about the staff and how they are always friendly and helpful. It is very clean and just a GREAT place!!

Everything was very nice. The breakfast was really good. The only thing to complain was the pool on Thursday was dirty. They didn’t swim cause of it. Otherwise it was nice a nice stay.

The boyfriend and I stayed here during a weekend trip to the area. We were placed in what appeared to be the property's older building, but the room was still clean, nice, and quiet. The biggest down side was that because our building wasn't connected to the lobby and was a short drive across the river from them, we had to drive over to breakfast every morning. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay! It's a nice accommodation off of the main drag but still close enough to walk or take a short drive to area attractions!

The property was great. We stayed in the building on the back side of the creek and were able to watch ducks, geese, and birds on the creek. The only complaint we had was that the air conditioned was not able to cool off the room completely, but overall a great stay and a comfy room!
