Everything was nice and looked very pretty with all the Christmas decor. We did not use the pool , but it was clean and looked nice. Our room was perfect. We enjoyed our stay .Loved the tree.

We had a great stay! The staff was friendly, attentive and professional. Breakfast was hot and fully-stocked every day. The pool was warm and clean! Housekeeping kept our rom spotless and we always had all of the amenities we needed. The location was also nice and quiet—despite there being many families there it was not noisy. Also it was walking distance to the Christmas store, the Island—and if you wanted you could even take the trolley to Gatlinburg from the Island (if you didn’t have a car) OR take the walking trail from the Island over to the Old Mill shopping area. Wonderful location, great staff, clean, family-friendly atmosphere. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Got to the room unpacked everything come to find out the toilet flooded the bathroom and had to pack everything and more rooms. Room we moved to was not the best on clean items on the floor and a wash cloth on table. We should have got one night back paid if not both.

The room was super clean and cozy. The front desk staff specifically Laura was supper attentive and nice. Everyone was super friendly and kind. This trip was amazing.
