The cabin was nice. It was (mostly) clean, spacious and provided us a nice comfortable stay. We have four kids and they truly enjoyed being there. They looked forward to the arcade games in the room that were advertised, however they did not work. I contacted the number provided to me and they told me to contact maintenance. They just no longer work. The cabin also provides a Playstation and a Wii, but no games to play, so keep that in mind.
My main complaint is the check in process. Download an app, get your information etc. It was a mess and took 6 hours of communication to get the correct emails sent, contracts signed, app installed & working, etc. Such a hassle and very frustrating, especially when you're relying on cell service to get into your app on your phone while in the mountains with sketchy service.
I do not want to take away from the cabin however, I would stay there again. Like I said previously, we really did enjoy it.
Our only complaint for the actual cabin (besides broken arcade games) would probably be whoever cleans the place- we found a pill, a used bandaid, dirty wash cloth and a sock while we were there. Again, not a cabin issue but the services provided that come along with it.
