Hotel was amazing, staff was very friendly. My only issue was the room was shown with a whirlpool tub sonwe paid extra to get that room but when we arrived there was no tub. We were informed that after the remodel theybwere all removed but hotels.com has never updated the listing. When i reached out for a partial refund i was told no. Very disappointed in hotels.com for not holding themselves accountable for thier mistake.

The room was nice and clean but overall the place could use some updating. There was some wood trim falling off the wall in the bathroom and the balconies were cracked. The bed pillows were horrible. If you have a king size bed, you need more than four standard size, flat pillows on it.

Parking is that included and very convenient, balcony view is great to the pool area, clean overall hotel, you’ve got to pay for breakfast but staff in breakfast area and front desk are not so great. Outdoor pool is open until 11 pm which is so annoying when kids are still out there playing and screaming late night!

There weren't many shops or places to eat right nearby, but they did have transportation that you could jump on at a low cost. Getting to the airport to and from is just an experience.So be ready. There are no shuttles, only uber or limousine. There's just a few places to eat that you can walk to. The bed was extremely uncomfortable here, the room wasn't very well cleaned.Blinds were broken and shampoo was out... Also a stink bug in my room. Most of these things are easily solved by a call to the front desk.But I expect more from a hilton hotel. It's very quiet here, not much going on.If that's your thing.

Such a nice facility. I would definitely go back if possible. Beautiful indoor and outdoor pools and a hot tub. The scenery is beautiful surrounded by mountains. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
