My husband and I loved the river that ran alongside the property. The ducks, geese and pigeons were abundant and eager to greet any guest that came out. The riverfront view from our 3rd floor room was spectacular. The large porch-like dining area was a nice experience while enjoying the abundant breakfast options. We would definitely stay here again if we happened along this way again.

Very nice mid range, family owned hotel. Our room and the excellent view were just as advertised. Our room was clean, the A/C cooled exceptionally well with the 105-107deg heat index that was happening. Sparkling wood floors in the hallways, and complimentary popcorn and cookies in the lobby daily. One of the nicer free breakfasts we’ve had. We would definitely stay again. On the downside, the A/C was pretty noisy, and there was only one handicapped parking spot that was near our entrance, but 2-3 EV parking spots that probably should be handicapped as they were right by the door. But again, this hotel was an affordable charmer so don’t let this discourage you!

We had such a great experience at Inn on the River in Pigeon Forge! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome—they were so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. The entire property was spotless, and our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The location is perfect—right in the center of Pigeon Forge—so we were close to all the attractions, shopping, and dining without having to drive far. The breakfast had a lot of variety, so there was something for everyone, though the flavors were just okay. The only other small thing we noticed was that the hot tub could have been warmer. Neither of these things took away from our stay, though, because everything else was so well done. We truly enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

The property was fine. I do wish the pools were 24/7 access for adults. There was also mold in our air conditioner unit. The staff were nice. We only stayed 3 days so we did not see any housekeeping.

Weekend getaway

From check -in to departure, it couldn’t have been any better! The staff is soo friendly and helpful, spacious rooms, convenient location and evening popcorn! Who could ask for more? The breakfast buffet was exceptional! Sausage / Eggs / biscuits & gravy along potato’s! They also have: Waffles / fruit / Yogurt along with danishes. When you stay, get a room with a balcony and the river view. So relaxing! Also, PUCKETTs restaurant ( try the meatloaf!!) and the Christmas store are next door. You don’t want stay anywhere else!!

Exceptional ambiance from the cozy fireplace lobby to the quiet patio overlooking the river! The breakfast wasbeyond all expectations with fresh high quality items : biscuits, breakfast sausage (patties & links), grits with accompanied cheese. The kids loved the waffles & warm syrup. Variety of juices & fresh brewed coffee, hot chocolate, tea variety. comfortable beds & extremely clean. Lovely in/outdoor pool. Easy & safe access to the river for fishing. The Inn was so peaceful. Popcorn time with tea and lemonade was a great touch. Breakfast was hot and many options. Wonderful place to stop and breath on vacation. The ducks and geese will always be in the great memories we made.

So happy with choice of this hotel Room beautiful and location near several tourist attractions but this hotel along the river is like a little oasis. Room spotless- bathroom modern and shower great.I have nothing negative to report on this hotel

Having both an indoor and outdoor pool and a hot tub was great with kids. The welcome bag for the kids was also a big hit. Breakfast was just okay. Fresh fruit would have been appreciated. One waffle iron was broken so wait to make a waffle was quite long

Walkable to several places including Starbucks. Lots of ice machines located throughout the Inn. Ample parking behind Inn. Front desk staff was always polite and courteous. Minor inconvenience is that there isn’t a water bottle refill station available other than during breakfast hours.
