Was here for a 4 night stay and the first 3 nights where fine but on my last evening Thursday 16th October there was a very loud party blasting music in the main dancehall/function room of the hotel until 2am!!!! Dance/rave music with people chanting and singing through a very loud microphone underneath my room on the first floor, I was up early for a flight and this prevented me from sleeping, it is simply not want you want when you stay at a hotel. I went down to the reception to complain and ask for the music to be turned down a little at 12:30am or even just close the doors to the function room but they simply told me there is nothing they can do and I just had to wait for it to finish at 2am! They didn’t offer me anything, not a change of room, no compensation, no nothing! DO NOT STAY HERE IS YOU VALUE YOUR SLEEP!

Modern and clean hotel. Excellent breakfast, and Marchewka restaurant serving a great modern cuisine food. Well equipped gym, and clean and relaxing sauna. I would recommend Arche Hotel.

Amazing! Exceeded all expectations!

This was an awesome stay. It was just one day/night but everything was great. Staff was amazing and very nice. They let me check in a little earlier because they had a clean room. They treated my dog great! It was quiet in the room. Very modern and clean. Internet was good. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Breakfast buffet is amazing and I would highly recommend! I will be back soon for sure! *****

probably the best place to stay at when visiting Pila; the staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast and restaurant is very good too. one thing which was mildly annoying though was a need to provide company details to keep my room bill open instead of just taking preauthorization for example - I can get you any company details and it will still be no guarantee. forcing the customers for prepayments and no open bills on their rooms is very strange and should not be happening in such hotel

Good overnight hotel

Nice hotel, new and clean. Our room was spacious but had an accessible toilet/bathroom which we didn’t need neither were informed about. Unfortunately, the soundproofing is poor and you can hear every movement in the corridors, doors banging etc. Overall a good overnight stay accommodation with friendly staff.
