Booking was easy and location great. Quiet, nice view. Unit needs some updates and care. Hall bath drain in tub doesn't work and did not stop up. No stopper and had to stuff wash cloth in hole. When water was draining the water would show collecting on the crack along the outside edge of the tub. In time it would disappear. My husband and I felt water could be from the broken drain and water was collecting under the tub. This needs immediate attention if this is the case as mold and rot could be under the tub and lead to major repair later. The crack was not sealed. Note: No water was spilled during baths. The master shower was very dark and could use light. Coffee cups on rack were dirty.I only say this to help. We haf a good stay otherwise and would stay again if tub was fixed. Nice unit otherwise.

Great Property...had everything as advertised. The only thing I can advise is that you can hear everything from the unit above...only an issue at night if you are trying to sleep and they are loud or walking around a lot. Recommend a box fan or sound machine....I would gladly stay here again though!

An aged generally well kept property. Master Shower was dark but walk in. TV Tuning was very difficult with no instructions. Beds slept well. Easy to find with GPS. Had to download a non VRBO website to sign in on. Then had to update to new App.

I'm not in the business of leaving bad reviews, and I have to say the views were absolutely great. However, the cleanliness of the house left a lot to be desired. The balcony was full of cigarette butts and hadn't been cleaned, with spider webs everywhere. In Bedroom #2, where I stayed, the bed covers and pillows were stained. Additionally, the blinds were on the floor when I checked in, and I had to put them back on the frame myself.

Great location

The condo itself was very nice. Master bedroom and bath were fantastic. The guest room was just ok. Bathroom is the hallway. Very dated guest room and bathroom. Master bathroom was remodeled and is beautiful. Kitchen lacked some basic stuff. No wine bottle opener was provided. No keurig coffee pods were provided. The balcony needs a good cleaning but it was nice and had a beautiful view. All in all it was very nice.

Clean but dated

For age of home it was in good shape. Quiet neighborhood. Home was pretty clean, master bathroom floor did not appear to have been cleaned there was a white powder substance, on the floor and lots of spider webs in master bedroom windows. Don’t know how those got missed but other than that I found it to be pretty clean. I used to clean VRBOS so I’m pretty picky. The only thing I didn’t like was the nest heating/air thermostat. It’s complicated to use and no matter how many times I changed it, it changed temperature back to what ever it wanted to do. Definitely need to replace that. It was cold in home the whole time and it did get down to about 39 the last night. Only other complaint was the curtains in the main part of home didn’t provide much privacy. I would give it an ok place, view was wonderful but probably wouldn’t stay again

Perfect stay!

The condo was exactly as advertised, clean, and well appointed. I appreciated how clearly all information was communicated and that the unit also has important information on display. A very nice touch was the access to television streaming services. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a 2 bath, 2 bedroom water front condo in Pinehurst!

Yearly Pinehurst Area Trip

Great rental for spending time in the Pinehurst Area. 1st floor unit so minimal stairs. Had everything needed for stay. Issue with sink in master bathroom taken care of pretty quickly. No other issues. Would rent again.
