The pictures look a lot better than the actual place. This cabin needs a lot of care and maintenance, the front porch and back patio are not well kept, seemed they havent been cleaned in a while! Similar for the inside, needs a lot more care and cleaning.

Perfect fit for dog family

This property was perfect for dogs! The fully fenced yard made it possible to be outside and enjoy Pinetop's great weather while the dogs played. The cabin was very clean and well appointed. 5 out of 5 stars for this host.

Nice, quiet, walkable neighborhood. House was very clean and organized. Nice yard for our two dogs, fully fenced. Only issue we had was dealing with the Evolve "Guest Representative" who never answered an email, text or phone call, despite our repeated attempts to reach someone with two issues that we had. Our only recourse was to text the owner directly.

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful home in a picturesque neighborhood, just as advertised. Clean and well maintained. What made it perfect for us was the fully fenced backyard. Secure and safe for our granddaughter and the dog 🐕. Will look forward to renting this one again.

Perfect getaway

The Pinetop Oasis is as advertised. Clean, cozy, and had everything. There was plenty of hot water for 6 showers and laundry. After long days of skiing, the cabin was great for relaxing and the beds were all very comfortable. We will be back.

Adequate Getaway in the Pines

Overall, this property is just okay. The best part of this part of this property is the backyard. The neighborhood and location are well-kept and quiet, but the property doesn't match the advertisement. Our first issue with the property occurred with the payment of the pet fee. The fee was more than indicated in the advertisement. The property manager did not honor the advertisement. Our second issue was related to check-in. We contacted the number in the check-in information to see about checking in 45 minutes early but never received a reply. The third issue was finding out that the property had a shoe-free policy. While not a huge deal, this policy was not included in the advertisement and was inconvenient considering the snowy/cold weather. The rooms on the property were of good size, but the lack of storage in the rooms is problematic, especially having no access to a closet or dresser in the Main bedroom. Living out of a suitcase, even for 3-4 days, is inconvenient. Ironically, the TV in the bunk room is significantly larger than in the living room but is only viewable if the user is in the chair or on the top bunk. The setup in the kitchen is a bit odd, with the fridge in the laundry. The oven was dirty, which was only discovered when we were trying to use it. We contacted the property manager again to warn them about significant smoke but only received a full voicemail and no return call. I won't stay here again.

Quiet getaway

This property is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, which was just what we needed to cope with the first Thanksgiving without our oldest son. The cabin was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the enclosed backyard was perfect for the dogs. We loved the electric fireplace, as it created a nice, cozy feel. The kitchen has a beautiful gas stove, and all appliances worked perfectly. The refrigerator is located in the laundry, which was a tad inconvenient, but not a big issue. We were disappointed that there is no access to the master bedroom closet, and there was no dresser to unpack our clothes. The closet in the kids’ room was being used for storage and was essentially inaccessible as well. There is a beautiful large dresser in the kids’ room that if moved to the master bedroom, would work perfectly. We opted to move into the 2nd bedroom where there was a small closet for 1 of us to use. There is a step going out to the back porch that is not clearly identified. I put a plant pot from the backyard on the step to remind me it was there, as there were 2 times I nearly missed it and tripped. I would hate for someone to twist and ankle. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great for kids!

We went with a 1 year old and 2 year old. We brought pack and plays because they cannot sleep in big boy beds yet. They fit perfectly in the bunk bed room. The house was perfect for kids. The backyard was a great adventure that they could explore daily. The fence went around the whole backyard so they could feel independent and explore by themselves. The house was clean without extra stuff for them to get into and potentially break. The bathroom has a tub for a nighttime bath. Great place! Highly recommend. We will be staying again in the near future.

Perfect for Us

This cozy home in the middle of the Lakes was perfect size for us - and our dog. The back yard is expansive with all kinds of good smells for the pooch. Clean and comfortable.

Ok stay, would find another place next time

The neighborhood and location is really nice. Quiet, easy to get into town for food, groceries, and activities. The house could be really really nice with some upkeep. There were some overall issues with cleanliness and lack of maintenance. First off, this is a pet-friendly place, so I understand that dog hair might be present. Where I don't expect to see it is on the sheets, comforter, dishes, etc. We ended up washing our sheets and comforter because it was just clinging to everything. I expect to come into a place and not have to do that. There was an overall lack of toilet paper, we ended up buying a pack. Then we get into the actual safety issues. There were gaps between floorboards, and multiple issues in the kids room (bunk bed room) - cracked outlet cover with wiring exposed, big dresser not connected to the wall, low fan. The backyard would also be really nice if it was just maintained, but instead it was quite overgrown. We ran the hose and discovered water dripping out the wood siding, and it also caused flooding in the bathroom on the other side of the wall. The check-in was easy, and when we had a toilet issue a plumber did come out and fix it very quickly. I will mention that if you're coming in the summer, bring a portable AC unit because it was hot! Overall, the location was nice, and the house would be really nice if it was just maintained properly. Instead it felt very much like the management company was doing the bare minimum.

Great Home!

Great location! Home was very clean and all of the appliances worked perfectly. Having a fenced in back yard for our dog was awesome, no holes or cracks in the fence. Felt safe letting our dog out!
