I wouldn't change a thing this was actually my 1st time ever booking a Home over a Hotel and it has opens my eyes to an amazing experiance. We didn't really need to leave all kitchen essentials provided entertainment and comfort for my family. Very clean and layed out all details needed for a great stay. A wonderful getaway!

This is our fourth year (I think?) at this property for our annual girl's weekend and we absolutely loved it! It's quiet, it's comfortable, it's clean and has everything we could possibly need. We'll be back next year!

Everything was of excellent quality and comfort. The throws for watching TV were delighted by all. The decorating is fresh & indicative of life on the mountain, all amenities substantial and thoughtful with the grace and charm that made you not want the stay to end. Great get away

This was a subsequent visit for us. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and is welcoming, comfortable and nicely decorated. The host is responsive and kind. Beautiful well maintained and upgraded home in the woods

This property is simply amazing. House is very clean and well maintained. Furniture is comfortable and rooms are well organized in a nice open concept configuration. The Kitchen has a great layout and has everything you need. Dave is an exceptional communicator and gave all the information we needed and more. We look forward to staying here again.

Tranquility in the pines!

My husband, mom, and I spent 4 wonderful days in this lovely home. The split bedroom floorplan worked out wonderfully and the master bedroom was luxurious. I felt as though I was enveloped in a cocoon in the fluffy bedding and the spa tub was wonderful as well. The home was extremely clean (and I am a germophobe!!!). I loved the little touches like a clean sponge and hand soap at all the sinks. We had a little trouble getting all of the TVs up and running with specific programming but it was more user error than anything else as there are clear instructions in the home manual! Dave responded to my texts immediately and provided tech support! The kitchen is fully equipped and had soooo much counter space! I know the pictures on the listing already make it look beautiful, but it truly looks even better in person. It's a very nice neighborhood with flat streets for easy walks. Some lucky person/family has this booked for the rest of the summer but we will definitely return in the future. Thank you Dave & Michelle for your hospitality and immediate response to our questions!

Wonderful, Comfortable, Cozy, Spacious

This is my favorite Pinetop VRBO so far. We come to Pinetop a few times a year, so we have stayed at different places. This house was upgraded more than most. Electric thermostat is superior to the old manual ones that are in most. Sounds like not a big deal, but it makes a difference on arrival. The living room and kitchen are spacious and nicely furnished. Cooking supplies are decent quality for all cooking needs.

Girls' Getaway

Clean, well maintained, great location, well stocked, and just what we were looking for. Dave and Michelle are exceptional hosts. There was a pretty decent snowfall the days prior to our arrival and we were unable to access the garage, but they got it plowed very quickly. No inconvenience to us and understandable as the ring doorbell doesn't capture that part of the house. Great communication and we can't wait to come back.

It’s just like home

This property is so great that I booked it again in less than a month. The house is very inviting and has a lovely layout. Property has so much to offer and is close to shopping, dining and Sunrise Ski Resort. Even if you don’t ski you can sit by the fire in the Pub and ski the bar. The casino is right down the road also. I think the snow is a bonus. Greer is a great place to visit and have lunch. Bobolink house is equipped with everything one could ask for. The owner is quick to respond to any questions you may have. The neighborhood is very up scale and one feels safe. Kitchen is well equipped, plenty of blankets, towels and games to play. 4 televisions with plenty of options. BBQ grill on back deck also. Plenty of choices for dining out also. There is a binder in the living room that is full of information and very detailed instructions on the house and area. I will definitely book this house again.

Amazing stay !

Our stay was amazing and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to use. The bedrooms were nice and spacious. The living room was the best part , we watched Sunday football. There was a ton of snow which was awesome and dave applied shovels which saved our lives with getting stuck in the snow. He was very understanding with us checking out a little later due to our car getting stuck in the snow. Thank you dave ! 5 star

Perfection waits here

OMG this home was all the listing said it was and more. The pictures were on point. The home was immaculate. The home was inviting and very comfortable. The master bed was very comfortable and the en suite with the jetted tub and walk-in shower was a delight. There was everything one needed in the kitchen and more. The gas fireplace was easy to start and very romantic. The garage was available for parking your vehicle in which was an added bonus along with no cleaning fee. I stood on the back deck and heard beautiful wind chimes which I think came from the house behind and with the tree branches heavy with snow it was a like a winter wonderland. I could only imagine the two smaller pines with white twinkle lights on them. There was a gas BBQ on the back deck also. There were plenty of options for watching tv and there games and puzzles for your entertainment also. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The house was just down the road from the casino and shopping was close by also. Sunrise Ski Resort was about 30-40 minutes away. The owners made checking into the house very easy and had a binder with everything you needed to know about the home and suggestions of places you could go to dine. I can highly recommend this home for your vacation stay and I do plan on returning in the future. Thank you Dave and Michelle for sharing this beautiful home. I just loved it. Peggy

Cozy and Comfortable Retreat

This home is lovely and thoughtfully decorated. From the moment we entered the door we knew we were in for a great stay. The living room has ample seating complete with pillows and cozy throws for those chilly winter evenings. The gas fireplace is warm and welcoming. The walls have are graced with tasteful artwork. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well/equipped for cooking a meal. Many good restaurants are not far away if you choose to go out. The master bedroom is on one side of the home with an en-suite and the other two bedrooms are on the other end with a shared bathroom. Decks are across the front and back of the house, with lots of seating. A game/puzzle cabinet is situated by the large table for family entertainment.. You can’t really appreciate this place unless you experience it for yourself. Be prepared to enjoy your stay. We
