"The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even helped me print and scan something urgent for work in the middle of the night, and organised an airport taxi and even accompanied us outside to see us off. Ximending area is very entertaining and you find a vast variety of restaurants/food/bar/shopping options all in walking distance. The hotel is fairly new, and modern, and maintained in a very good state. Our room was quite spacious and kept very clean. Only downside for us was that you could hear the noise from the busy street, even though we had our room on the 14th floor. But we would definitely stay there again. Once again thanks to the lovely personnel! "

Wir waren im 19. Stock untergebracht und genossen die exklusiven Vorteile der Tai Pan Lounge in vollen Zügen. Besonders beeindruckend war der persönliche und aufmerksame Service des Personals. Es ist bemerkenswert, dass sie bereits nach kurzer Zeit unsere individuellen Vorlieben für das Frühstück und den Nachmittagstee kannten – ein Zeichen echter Gastfreundschaft! Unser Zimmer war stets makellos sauber, sehr ordentlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen und angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir können das Regent Taipei uneingeschränkt empfehlen und möchten uns für die wundervolle Zeit bedanken. Dieser Aufenthalt verdient ohne Zweifel 5 Sterne!"

"It's a big place, so I would not recommend going here if you like to avoid tourist crowds (at diner, in the lobby, in the lifts etc.). But everything else is pretty excellent."
