Great view but experience ruined by poor service

Amazing view sadly let down by non existent customer services. Neither myself, family or 2 hotels.com reps could get response from hotel until 2hrs before check-in. They then pleaded ignorance made a disabled client walk from ccarpark (took nearly 1hr & alot of pain before telling us that they had got special permission from police to drive up. Insult to injury "we are proud" and "nothing more we could have done. Yes there was answering the phone and good communication would have avoided issues. Suitable phone numbers for clients or agents to call could have helped. It's not a cheap hotel but you get better service from a ymca. Completely spoilt final day of the holiday.

The best view in Pisa!

Amazing location. If you were any closer to the Leaning Tower you’d be sleeping on it! The most fabulous view of the whole piazza. Room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. No breakfast provided but there is a lovely bakery/coffee shop on the corner two doors down with a view of the tower. If you want to stay somewhere with the best view in Pisa, we highly recommend staying here!

The room with a view! What a great location! We enjoyed our stay here and the incredible view from the room. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was quiet, even with the steady crowds down below at the tower. The room and hotel was very clean!

Fabulous location beautifully presented hotel

A hotel with Unique view!!

In front of the tower. A Unique experience. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
