Wonderful staff

All the staff are amazing at Scotland Spa Hotel. From the warm welcome at check-in to the cheerful "good afternoon" each morning when my daughter and I arrived for breakfast at 9.30...lovely gentlemen made us laugh. All public areas are spotlessly clean. Freshly decorated too since our last visit in 2023. We were in room 216, twin beds, nice refurbished shower room. We didn't use the Spa facilities bug we did yse the pool. It was lovely. We will definitely stsy again.

The room that we had on the third floor the windows had been painted shut and couldn't be opened. Could do with a wee paint in places, staff and house keeping were all exceptional, asked how we were anything we needed just to ask. Front of house staff in dining hall were all lovely and friendly

Had a lovely two night break at Scotland spa hotel, The breakfast staff were exceptional very attentive. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect, it was ideal especially after we had walked schiehallion. The front of house staff were distinctly average, there wasn’t much service with a smile. But overall we had a good break and I would stop here again

Still some refurbishment required. Windows round pool area need to be shaded as pool users can be viewed from reception area. We did not use the pool for this reason . Central location good.

The hotel was comfortable and friendly/ Disappointed they don't serve evening meals as we did not notice anywhere tat this was the case when we booked. Bit of a nuisance having to go out in all weathers

Not a spa hotel, but nice clean hotel for a break

Hreat welcome and room was clean and good dize , bit tired but old hotel. Spa was readon chose hotel and had no availability on treatments- perhaps an email when booked to advise us to book ahead to avoid disappointment The steam room was plasticy ans sadly no sauna, would not return , still to try breakfast

Nice enough hotel but.....

Our room was nice, very comfy bed but carpet dirty, coffee splashed up the wall skirting board, shower was not great and not very hot. There was an odd humming sound every 10 minutes all day/night like a fan which was most annoying. Breakfast was included and although it was very nice food could have been a little hotter. Reception staff were nice enough although we did mention in the booking it was my birthday and no mention of this, reception staff not really interested on our check out either, didn't ask if we enjoyed our stay, if everything was ok.
