Room was very clean , friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was excellent . Only small complaint was no biscuits in room to go with coffee. Not a big issue but nice wee touch.. Would definitely book again but I’ll bring some biscuits with me next time.

Overall a pleasant stay. Hotel is easy walking distance to everything in town. No lift and stairs are narrow. Breakfast was standard buffet. They did well stocking hot items (although hashbrowns were still frozen in the middle). The two bedroom suite was ideal for a family. Rooms were large — kind size bed in one room and two twins plus full size convertible couch in the other. One bedroom wasn’t cleaned well — crisp crumbs and used Kleenex on floor — but the rest of the space was very clean. Rooms and bath were in good condition. The only disappointment was the WiFi. The open WiFi was abysmal and cell service wasn’t great.

This was a great stay! My room was huge!, comfortable and spotless with fresh contemporary decor and amenities. Breakfast had every option you could think of, was delicious and presented in a bright and spacious dining room. All staff I encountered were friendly, efficient and helpful. I didn’t need it, but the parking seemed ideal.

As always a lovely stay at Westlands. Been to this hotel many times and it never disappoints. Lovely room, friendly staff, good breakfast. Everything about it is quality but prices are always good and very competitive.
