Location was okay, right next to the bridge was very loud. The mattress dips in to the middle so I would recommend a new one soon. I would give people the option to cover the front glass door, gives a level of comfort and security. And maybe more towels depending on the length of stay. But the place was very clean and the heated bathroom floor was very cool!! Thank you!
My husband and I booked this property to stay at during out wedding weekend. It was the perfect set up. My bridesmaids and I used it to get ready in during the day and for photos. My photographer got the BEST shots in this property. The furniture and background was absolutely perfect. The location is great too as it's a quick shot right down from the strip district. Easy check in process and the owner is quick to respond! Highly recommend!!!
The place overall was lovely with everything we needed. The only things I would suggest is a full length mirror and a curtain in the front door. Itâs close to Lawrenceville restaurants and shops, however, the immediate area is old factories and pretty vacant. Noise level is high from the road and bridge but we are accustomed to city sounds. Regardless, we enjoyed the well appointed, roomy space!
Had back to back business trips to Pittsburgh so decided to stay the weekend and explore the area. The location was perfect and I walked to restaurants and shopping very easily. Bed was comfy and I had everything I needed and really appreciated how convenient the parking was as I had a rental car. This VRBO was so cute and well decorated, would stay here again!
Thank you for the fantastic stay. The home is cute and it is easy to uber from, but really a 20 minute walk to the interesting area of the Strip District.
A very cool, cozy place to stay! Within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and bars. Less than a 10 minute drive to the PPG Paints arena which was great as we were in town for a hockey game. Would happily stay here again!
This was the very best little appt. in the Strip District. The decor was gorgeous, the shower and the heated floor in the bathroom was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, the the couch in the living room was the most comfortable. I asking my husband if it would fit in our truck for the way home. He said someone would notice. Hoping to return to this lovely little apt.
My wife and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. The place has a very retro and funky vibe, but has everything that you would need for stay in Pittsburgh. The check-in was easy. Communication with the host was excellent. The place had everything that you would want and then some. We would definitely stay there again.
Loved the studio, it was absolutely gorgeous. The exposed brick, furnishings, open kitchen, and accent wall with wallpaper that I LOVED made it extremely cozy. The large European bathroom is lovely. Host was extremely responsive, which we appreciate. The street noise is loud, because it is an older building, but still loved our stay.
What a gorgeous space! We loved our stay. The decor was beautiful, and thereâs tons of space! Every detail was thought of to make this a one-of-a-kind stop. Plus we were walking distance to everything which was a huge plus! Secure parking in lot and all around an A++ pick. Can your decorator design my house!?!? đ
Pretty good spot. Middle of pittsburgh. Only problem really is that none of the windows close so you hear noise all night. Could also be a safety concern. The host did provide earplugs.
This studio is perfect for a couples getaway. Location is excellent and Parking safe and easy. Very clean and charming furnishings. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Itâs located in the action so is a bit noisy later at night. The porch space was clean and comfortable plus!!! Will stay again! 10 out of 10 recommend.
The apartment was clean, bright and well equipped with just about everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is really the highlight of the property with heated tile and a large waterfall shower.
Parking is free, convenient and easy to find. Walkable to restaurants and shops and reasonably close to downtown.
It is, however, very close to a major road. I think some other reviews really underplayed how loud it is at night. I would stay again but definitely would add ear plugs to my packing list.
I stayed with a couple of my girlfriends for a weekend away. The location was okay but you could hear traffic during the night. That didnât bother us at all. The apartment was BEAUTIFUL. The property manager was very responsive and made the checkin and checkout process VERY smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this stay!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a short weekend getaway/work place holiday party/ Friendsgiving. Having lived in the Pittsburgh area for a long time previously, I love the strip and this was the perfect location. The 31st bridge is a little noisy but thatâs that city white noise ambiance! The unit was beautiful and my God Iâd like to take that bathroom home with me! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!
We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was easy to find, very clean, very convenient for a Steelers game and the owner was very accommodating. I am not used to the city so sleeping was a challenge with the traffic but by the second night I was settled in. I couldnât ask for anything more than a Steelers win for this weekend.
Came into town a night early for a birthday celebration and was lucky enough to find this listing that is usually booked months in advance.
From the moment my boyfriend and I entered the flat we knew we wanted to stay another night; not that we could.
Highlights: the rainfall shower, convenient parking, location and photo ops within the flat and easy check in/out.
We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip even if for only one night again.
Cheers,
