I really enjoyed the staff I interacted with anytime I came to the desk. The breakfast was not bad, the normal hotel grabs but staff greeted everyone and tried to help with request when they could. Our room was clean and stocked. The area was nice and quiet and I especially like how close it was to acrisure and downtown, 5-7 minutes depreciation on traffic so we could stay close without all the hustle and bustle of staying closer to all the visitors and locals. I will definetely stay again.

Breakfast was hot and good with a little something for everyone. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was very large and what we needed. The bed although not the worst bed I’ve ever slept on also not very comfortable.

Opted for Expedia’s pay when you arrive. Hotel tried to charge us the day before. They called while we were driving there so I didn’t answer. Phone was being used for gps. When we arrived we were told they were getting ready to cancel our stay. And the front desk person made a joke about it to another staff person. Breakfast was typical. Eggs sausage toast cereal apples. Pittsburgh bbq in the adjoining parking lot had delicious food. The cleaning staff were friendly, respectful and efficient
