The staff seemed nice, but the place was undergoing a terribly mismanaged, random remodel from one end to the other that looks like.

My room was old and not in good upkeep. Carpet was old and dirty. Road leading to propert is overgrown. One positive was a restaurant that was attached that the food was good. It too was outdated.

The door by the Exit sign at the end of our hall was locked. It’s a good thing we weren’t in an emergent situation when we tried to use it. The area by the back entrance was littered with trash and used drink bottles. I don’t care that renovations are taking place. I do care that garbage is being is being left in guest areas.

Smoke from designated smoking area seeps into room. No room service for towels/ bedding/ coffee / you must request even after 3rd . No request no service.

Horrible experience

Very dirty hotel. Our room had over 100 gnats flying around. The room had a horrible smell. The floors were disgusting and our sliding door was broken so we had no outside exit. The bed had a cut through the middle with dirty bedding. This entire hotel had layers of dust and cobwebs in every corner you look. We stay in a lot of hotels for sports and this is the worst hotel I’ve ever slept in.

The receptionist was incredibly friendly and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The cleanliness of the place was impressive, and the prices were quite reasonable. However, I did feel a bit disappointed when breakfast wrapped up right at 10 am, as I would have loved to have a bit more time to enjoy it.
