overall, it was a great experience. Curtis was exceptional – he provided top-notch customer service and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were solid. However, the parking situation was a bit inconvenient. Late at night, the valet area closes, forcing guests to park elsewhere, which wasn’t ideal. The dining area was okay – the food was decent but nothing to write home about. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely consider booking again for the excellent service and comfortable stay.

The location was convenient but other than that the property was awful. Our room on the 18th room smelled dank and musty. It was impossible to get rid of the smell. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. No parking at the hotel.

Nice stay overall. Outdate facility

Staff was excellent and professional. We stayed on the 16th floor. Outlets and light switches were not working near the bathroom, which we mentioned to the staff upon checkout. Temperature was probably set at a certain limit, and we weren't able to set it any higher than we would have liked (it was a little bit chilly at night). Overall, a nice stay for the price. Good walking distance to restaurants and stadium. We felt safe walking around the area.

Has sort of an 90’s throwback vibe, but for the price and the location, it is great. Near great restaurants and cheap cab rides to other neighborhoods in Pittsburgh. The staff was extremely thorough and friendly. It was like family. We got in around midnight and our rooms were waiting for us. Will definitely be back.
