The price given by expedia was not the price I paid. Upon checking in, I was told there would be fees. When asked what fees, the very rude clerk stammered for possible items, and finally said that there would be a parking fee. Meanwhile, it was never verified that I actually had a vehicle. The icing on the cake was the mold in the tub, and the fear that if i complained or used any "amenities" there would be more fees. The check-in clerk was that hostile. I will never stay here again.

The check-in was quick and easy. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and "black-out" blinds. It was also quiet at night. The hot breakfast was a great start to my day. On the negative side, there is not a dinner restaurant withing walking distance. One must drive a fair distance for food.

The breakfast ladies on the weekend were friendly, prompt with refreshing the food items, and kept the dining and food areas neat and clean. I'm sorry i forgot their names already. Front desk attendants were professional, friendly, accommodating. When we come back to Pittsburgh we will be sure to come back to this property.

Blindsided with a $4 fee to park a car?? Crazy. Couldn’t be more than 10 cars total in the lot, nowhere near any commercial or downtown area. Obviously a money grab to pad the room rate. There’s a reason why I normally stay at Marriott properties vs. Hilton. Can’t say I’ll stay at another Hilton property based on this.
