The staff went over and above, they were the best! However, we had a number of issues, from our phone not working & couldn’t be fixed. The hotel keys often did not work. The door knob had to be fixed. The tub drain was a problem eventually got fixed and we were not told that housekeeping was every other day and they never even gave us a new soap. the garbage would pile up in the waste basket. When you enter the hotel with suitcases, you have to walk up two short steps of stairs we were senior citizens and no one even helped us. Unfortunately even though I’m Hilton Honors, I would never recommend staying here
