I chose this hotel for my son to stay because he drives an EV there was a snow storm and he needed a safe place to say while the car charged. The ad reported that this hotel had an EV charger, but once he arrived he was told there was no available EV car charger. For ALMOST $300 a night to leave in the snow covered morning and forced to search for a car charger. I will definitely not be booking any more stays at Holiday Inn’s when I need a car charger. I am very disappointed

There was an o-zone machine in the room which caused me and my gf breathing problems and coughing. We later found out that these machines should never run when room occupied. We researched the machine after leaving and discovered that this machine is a major health hazard. We need a full refund.

Everything in our room was unplugged. It was very cold on our floor. We had to go downstairs and ask for toilet paper as there was literally three sheets left on the roll. There was a long black hair in our sink upon arrival. The refrigerator was off-balance it was great to have a cake cup machine, but gave us one cup and no lids. The last issue we had was there was no power going to the outlet on the left side of the bed.
