Check-in could have been much better. Arrived early and was told rm wasn’t ready but was welcome to wait in lobby. About an hr later another clerk came over and thought I was just there for no reason. Very poor communication.

Ooof...our stay was not ideal. I think it's best to explain about the location issues so it is well known to people looking to book. The hotel is DIRECTLY next to the highway and it is very loud, you cannot sleep. The parking is also an outdoor lot under the bridge. The room had a little trash left on the floor and some of the lights did not work. There are two blinking lights in the room that go all night and the heater/ac is very loud. The pool was clean but it was definitely chilly for the kids. The staff was pleasant. Due to the location and noise I do not think we would stay here again.

The 2 bed suite was a nice size. The non city-view room allowed moderate amount of noise in from the nearby highway. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to consider a city view room or another property altogether. Room was starting to show its age but not to an unacceptable level. Overall, happy with the value.

So for convenience of downtown is wonderful. And they do have a pool and a nice breakfast. The reason I gave it a mediocre rating was because when I checked in.Nobody told me that there was going to be such a high price for parking.Honestly , there are cheaper lots within walking that I could have parked in. Just be aware that they will ding your credit card for this more than once.
