I will always check about the room size before booking. I didnât realize they had any tiny rooms. Iâve stayed here many times before and always had what I thought was a normal room. Asked at the front desk after check in and they couldnât care less.
I have 3 ESA dogs ! Never had to pay for them in any state or country they also fly with !!!
I booked 2 nights stay through Expedia ( they were no help ) I even called 6 hrs prior of me arriving. Told the man that answered what time I would be there and that I was bringing my 3 ESA Dogs. He replied â thatâs ok thatâs not a problem â I get there and he ask me for 120 20$ per dog per night !!!!!! I told him they are CERTIFIED THROUGH A DOCTOR ( MILITARY DOCTOR ) he then said that the manager said ESA ANIMALS ARE CONSIDERED REGULAR PETS AND IN THE STATE OF PA THAT IS THE RULE . By then my PTSD and my anxiety sets in ( they can watch cameras ) I thought I was about to faint. IF HE WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THERE IS A CHARGE FOR ESA ANIMALS I WOULD HAVE CANCELLED AND FOUND SOMEWHERE ELSE . But I was there and had no choice since I was traveling with my minor kid but to take the room . I asked for a refund for the deposit and it was denied . There was a young lady there that did give me 20$ off my deposit. I was honestly very disappointed of how a Veteran was treated .
The gentleman at check in at night is AMAGINGLY WONDERFUL!!!!! Nicest man you could ever want to meet! The rooms are cozy, clean, beds are comfortable. Will definitely be back!!!
