Breakfast was disappointing Room was clean but bathroom was old, sink and tub didn't drain well, toilet seat was peeling and shower head was awful . Airport shuttle was late. after being told to be ready 10 minutes early. Very nerve racking. The staff was fine at check in but morning staff was distracted and ignored me.

I loved my stay at La Quinta. The airport shuttle service was very convenient, and the location is extremely close to the airport. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious, and the morning breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. Overall, a great and comfortable stay.

Nice facility, clean with good breakfast, and close to RMU's UPMC Event Center, which is why I stayed. Plus, it's next to Bob Evans and close to other Moon Twp. shopping, too.

Entered the room and it was ice cold -heat wasn’t turned on -we did turn it on but took a bit to heat up . Entered the bathroom to find hairs on the tub and toilet . Continental breakfast was not so good . Eggs looked powered and slightly cold , sausage tasted weird and was in a pan of water . Waffle was best . The elevator had no heat -was freezing inside .

I booked this hotel for a day, but only needed to stay for 5 hours because I had to catch a flight. I paid $100 for the stay. When I arrived, it was 1:30pm I asked the young lady at the desk if I could check in early. She told me I would have to pay an extra $25 because check in time was 3:00pm. At that point, I just walked away from the desk and told my husband and son to come inside and wait in the waiting area while I ran out to get food. While they were waiting, two families walked in twenty minutes later, after I left, she let them check in. I don’t understand how they were able to check in early without a fee, but when I asked, she wanted more money on top of what I paid. I guess they don't care to give good customer service to every nationality, so I will make sure to NEVER BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

The hotel was comfortable enough and clean enough, but not ideal. The location was ideal for my needs, as I was attending a show at Moon Area High School. In the room, the bathroom was very small, and the toilet seat was very worn, which made it appear less clean than it probably was. Breakfast was pretty disappointing. I didn't eat much. The eggs were not real eggs, I'm sure, and were mushy and not very flavorful. I also had a muffin which was okay but not super fresh.

Room was as expected very clean, not run down. Two out of three room cards kept failing. But the gentleman in the hallway, let us in one evening as he was walking by. Very nice staff. Breakfast - eggs were the worst I’ve ever had. Very mushy and wet. Clearly not made well. I’ve had them other places and they were perfect. And do NOT forget anything in the room because they do not turn it into lost and found. Had an inexpensive handful of earrings. I can’t find. My own fault if I left them, however this is exactly why I will not leave a tip in the room as some do now.
