The air conditioning seemed to struggle to keep up. When I first got there, I didn't have a refrigerator in the room. I was moved to a room that had one, but the microwave didn't work. The hair dryer was removed from the wall, but found one in the closet. Staff seemed friendly.

Room could use a new mattress. The one in 212 King was very loud when you sat down on it. It creaked. Or even if you moved when laying down on it. More outlets easier accessible.

Everyone was exceptionally nice. They were helpful with shuttles and airport information. Extended parking on site while were are away The room was very comfy for an overnight stay. VERY clean.
