Beware of the elevators.

Great hotel, great staff, great location, mediocre food, worst elevators ever. Only one elevator was working both times I stayed here. They did open up the service elevator but it didn't really help.

They were very accommodating for us when we came in on an early morning flight and were able to check in super early! Their restaurant and bar had great food and wonderful staff! It is conveniently located to so many things including the T and Duquesne university. The room was a little outdated but clean and comfortable. We will be staying there again!

No microwave

The hotel was nice and accessible to Duquesne which I was moving my daughter in for college, but my room did not have a microwave which I thought. Was weird as most hotels do have them in each room . Every time I had to hear something I had to go from the 21st floor all the way to the lounge and back up again

When I checked and got to my room, I immediately saw I was given the wrong room. I had reserved an accessible room with roll in shower. I called the front desk and they told me to wait and they would being me keys to the correct room. I usually verify my room type at check in, but this time I did not verify. Mistakes are forgivable, and they quickly and professionally fixed it. Hours later as I was walking across the lobby, staff asked if my room met my needs. Room was spacious. Bathroom very accessible. Will likely stay at this hotel again.
