Beautiful historic hotel. So rooms and property will be older. Beautiful lobby area. They’ve done a great job of updating the hotel while maintaining its historic charm. Such a nice alternative to all the cookie cutter hotels out there. Linens and beds are high quality and comfortable. Excellent shower. Reading lights on the headboard and plenty of USB plugs for today’s travelers. Love staying here when I’m in Pittsburgh

Hotel is a beautiful, classic gem in a great area of Pittsburgh, walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. The lobby is always a vibe and the hotel itself has a speakeasy and a few cozy bars. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is gorgeous. But the heating system blew out only cold air, and it was 15 degrees outside. There was no indication on the phone as to calling the front desk for service, and no information booklet in the room with any of these details. Two beds, but only one extra blanket. The front desk did refund our Valet fee for the inconvenience, but it was Cold all night!

It took 3 attempts before the correct luggage was delivered to our room, We also called the front desk 3 times and stopped at the Terrace room to make a reservation w Sunday‘SS brunch and when we arrived they did not have any reservations. I had also signed up for the Omni Rewards to get free WiFi and a complimentary drink. That didn’t happen. Very disappointed as we have been coming to the William penn for decades and have allways had top service. Waited over an hour for valet service to get our car at check out. Very frustrating.deliveredd
