If you’re considering a stay at Chad’s property, I highly recommend it! Chad, the host, was incredibly responsive, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The property itself has been beautifully updated, showcasing modern touches that make it both comfortable and stylish.One of the standout features is its prime location—just a short distance from the Strip District and a variety of fantastic eateries. It’s perfect for exploring the local food scene. The only downside we encountered was the typical Pittsburgh winter weather, which was a cold and wet mix during our visit. However, this didn’t dampen our spirits; we truly enjoyed our time there. I’m already looking forward to our next visit in the summer so we can take full advantage of the lovely patio!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The house was incredibly clean, beautiful, and modern, with every detail thoughtfully designed. The amenities were amazing and made our stay feel extra comfortable and enjoyable. The location was also perfect—close to everything we needed while still being peaceful and relaxing.On top of that, the host was exceptionally attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and stress-free stay. Wow! This was my first time renting through VRBO and what a great experience. The owner was VERY responsive, ensured we had everything we needed, and the place was beautiful and CLEAN! The space was plentiful - bedrooms huge and beautifully decorated. Appliances were superb. You could tell it has been recently renovated and they did an amazing job!The only thing was the local area was not ideal in my mind. We did walk to PNC park and it was 15-20 mins away. Overall LOVELY home and great owners!!

The place is just as the pictures tell the story. Very clean and appealing. Nice location very close to everything. It’s on a very quiet street. Comfortable beds and the master bath was amazing. The host Chad responded to questions within minutes which is very much need. Will definitely stay at any if their rentals.

Bridal Shower Weekend in Pitt

The property was exactly as pictured. The house was fully stocked. The bed linens were clean and laid out beautifully just like a hotel. I was a little nervous to rent the place knowing that it’s pet friendly because I am allergic to animals. However, I had zero allergy issues which is a testament to the cleanliness. We were able to park right in front of the door on the street and the Uber rides to downtown were under 10 mins. I would definitely book this house again.
The whole house is beautifully decorated.

this is a great place to stay while visiting Pittsburgh. A walk to almost any major North Side attraction (& the Strip), and an easy Uber-ride elsewhere.the place is AS advertised. and was strikingly clean when we arrived. the property manager Chad could not have been more helpful, in terms of speed of response and kind attitude.we stayed longer than typical stays at 820 Suismon, and became quickly familiar with the neighborhood and the general vibe of the streets surrounding it. a short walk across Tripoli Street bridge and you are near several good restaurants: Legends, a charming Italian BYOB; Fig and Ash, and our favorite, Siempre Algo. if you have a dog with you, as we did, there is a very nice park three blocks across Tripoli; we walked him there daily. we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, but we might try to branch next time and try other properties managed by HomeStays. Top notch!

Fun Time in Steel City

We really enjoyed this gem in North Side and grateful to the hosts for sharing such a beautifully renovated home. Classy, fine touches and everything we needed (wish we had time to use the incredible kitchen!). Beds were super comfortable, nice baths, comfy living room. Didnt get to use patios. Enjoyed easy walk to Penn Brewery and quick drive to Aviary and Science Center as well as daily trips to Yinz Coffee! Plenty of redevelopment in the area, nice to see. Pretty quiet and everyone respectful. Excellent communication from the get-go so process was very simple through check-out and hosts were always quick to respond. Thank you!condu

The unit is as advertised. Short walk to good restaurants a brewery and Randyland. Short uber to Altuis restaurant in Mt washington , Pnc & dahntahn.Overall great experience.

This is a great place to stay. Beautifully rehabbed house with a ton of space and large bedrooms and bathrooms. The upstairs suite is particularly well done. Very well appointed and the owners have all needs covered. A great place to stay!!

Great house!

Easy to check in and house was just as described. Comfortable for our family and our dogs who wanted to come for Christmas. Parking was in front of the house which was great. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were really nicely done. Kitchen had everything we needed and we were able to cook a few meals in the house.
