Despite several trips to the front desk I was never able to get a working entry code for my door. I was locked outside for almost half an hour, and then stuck inside unable to get into my room for over 45 minutes. Security guard was very nice but mentioned this can happen due to wifi issues.
Extremely frustrating paying for a hotel and not being able to get in, or get into your room.
Tried to contact hotels.com and was continually redirected to the hotel itself. I called the hotel a total of 28 times throughout this experience without success. Phone was never answered when I was stuck unable to get into my room at 1030 at night. I walked the premises to find the security guard myself.
This experience was such that I would never stay here again, and I am frustrated with hotels.com customer service as I do not believe I should have to pay for this night.
