First off, we love the building, location and the room was actually great as well. What I do not like is using this 2nd website, : app.suiteop.com/reservation, to check in & out. And then still use Vrbo. It's too confusing. It'd be easier to use one place for everything. The communication lag took far too long during the stay. Especially when trying to get into the room. Then when I used the app.suiteop to ask the guide a question about where to go for dinner, (I thought that there would be a list of places already there when you clicked it) instead you click it and it either did nothing or you might get lucky and it would populate a text message that wouldn't send because it added extra numbers to the cell, added my name and reservation number. It didn't say who you were texting. I pulled the number out and just created a text. I never got a response and we just figured out where to go for dinner. The next night I saw our host had responded much later through the Vrbo app. WAY TOO CONFUSING! The room was very hard to get into. The last person to put the key in the lock box put it in so that the key jammed against the lock inside. Not the Host's fault. The issue was the lag in communication time with the host. And I'm sure they were trying to figure out a solution. The cleaning people did a quick and lazy job. They also don't seem to alert maintenance people or the host when something needs fixed. Not enough characters here/full review left on other site.
The location was very good. Parking was super easy in front of the building, and there was a garage down the street that we used when we went out for the day. Lots of great bars/restaurants nearby. The gym noise didn't bother us, but we were up and out and not trying to sleep in.
The place was accurately described. Great location. The Strip District is a good spot for bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, with other things to do at The Terminal Building. The early morning noise from the gym below the unit is real. Thankfully, Iâm an early riser. Would definitely stay again.
