When you pay almost 500 bucks a night you get free parking. Wish there more more shopping and stores like at the waterfront and south side A lot of empty storefronts here

Great place. I’ve been utilizing Sheraton Station Square off and on for many years. Always a great location and always enjoyed our stay. Went for Steelers Browns. Took the boat to North Shore. All good!

I had a package delivered to the hotel many days prior to my event. When I arrived to the hotel the staff could not find my package. I had to go back into the shipping department of my hotel to find my own package. Also one of my pillows had blood on it.

We loved our stay at the Sheraton! Although the room type we booked was over booked they called on our way into town and more than made up for the downgrade in room type with free parking, Clipper tickets for the game and dropped the rate. We still had a stunning view and the staff was so friendly and helpful! Can’t wait to get back!

The room I paid for with the nice view wasn’t available so I was given a different room without the view. They did however offer free parking for my stay. After having to ring the lobby a few times cause the ticket kept wanting me to pay they started being rude about it like why would you offer it then get mad when I use it. Parking was kind of a pain, the location was great. Not only was there a nice place to eat on site but there were plenty of options in walking distance. The bar in the lobby was nice but I wanted a little louder vibe. The bar across the street was perfect loud music, pool tables, etc. the breakfast was good and our waitress was a sweetheart. The rooms were clean and comfy, room service was great too. We went to a Steelers game so we rode the clipper over which was a nice experience. I would stay again but I’m now aware of where things fell a little short of expectations.
