We really liked the pool and appreciated they stayed open the additional half and hour. The whole building was extremely clean and welcoming. We like the added security of the key in the elevator. The only problem we encountered was paying to park. We had no idea we would need the additional $70 to park for a 2 night stay.

I’ve stayed in hotels that cost no where near this and I’m not very hard to please. The amount of money I spent to stay here for not even 24 hours was insane. The room was suppose to be an upgrade in which I paid for. The heat would not work. The room is VERY OUTDATED. The only thing great about the hotel is the staff. I’m sure there’s some nice rooms but the one we was given, was TERRIBLE.

We would love to give this a five star rating because the service was excellent, the room was comfortable and clean. But unfortunately, the walls are paper thin and we could hear the couple next-door having a heated conversation and having sex loudly at 2 am. We called the front desk and they sent security but it didn’t help. It’s a shame because the hotel is otherwise perfect in our opinion. So maybe it’s just a matter of luck and how considerate the people in the neighboring room are. But we won’t be taking the chance.

Didn’t clean the room or bathroom for two nights stay. When asked I was told minimum 4-5+ nights stay required to clean the bathroom and change of towels. I had to request for additional towels at least.
