Room was definitely neglected. They never replenished anything in our room. Toilet ran every 20 mins. My 12 year old had to chase a maids cart down to get toilet paper which run 1 roll was given to her. When I placed a delivery order I went down to the lobby to let the front desk know I had food arriving. I was rudely told that all delivery people put orders on some random table across the lobby where orders can easily be taken if you don’t notify the person who places the order. I honestly would never stay at this hotel again.
