This property is outstanding. My husband and I were amazed by the confort offered there. Practically, we had a one large bedroom apartment, with a kitchenette very well equipped. The parking is free and something really unique, there are movies presented to the guests every evening in a special room, like a theatre hall. Kudos to the management and the staff running this place!

Stayed in a suite. All the rooms were large and roomy. Had a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a bedroom, and bath. Perfect for a longer stay. All front desk personnel were friendly and helpful.

I loved in the check in when I got to the main entrance.. I DID NOT like the various emails I got suggesting "speeding up the checkin".. I started answering stuff and ended up in rabbit holes.. what I DID DO was longer than my real checkin .. and I didn't even finish. I DID NOT like the shampoo and conditioner containers in the bathroom. I prefer big dispensers rather than those small bottles. All the NY hotels had the eco friendly variety.

Great two night stay! We enjoyed the indoor pool and outdoor hot tub both days. Our room was clean and neat and fully stocked. The bathroom had obvious water damage along the walls, and the furnishings were dated- but all functioned well- even the DVD player! We rented some from the front desk. Our room was next to an entry point so there was noise every time someone entered the building. The grounds were well kept- we utilized the Adirondack chairs in the morning for coffee and in the evenings to wind down. Surprised to find the grill area and playground the last morning. If staying longer this is definitely a nice added feature. The staff was friendly and welcoming at the desk. The checkout time of 10am was probably the biggest downside of a good weekend spent. Location wise it was a good launching point for exploring the Berkshires, definitely make a trip to Guido’s marketplace while there. Again-While dated in decor- the room was comfortable and offered a lot of comforts you can’t get in most standard hotels. Thanks for a great stay!

Not what i expected but ended up being ok

The second room they gave us was pretty clean.The first room was not very clean and smelled weird, stuffy air and very warm on the 5th floor.The hot tub had a brown tint and i was told it's the color of the paint but it's not true. We were there a week and it changed after it rained to a normal color. Than looked brown the day after. I actually ended up with a UTI after going in it for 2 days. Not sure what happened. The pool was nice and warm. The bed was comfy in the 2nd room and the room was very spacious. The staff was pleasantly nice. We usually stay at the sister resort for our anniversary, (The Berkshire Resort vacation village). I screwed up and booked the wrong one this time. Overall it was a pleasant stay and worth the money. Lots of shopping right in the area! I would probably stay again if the other resort had no space, but i would avoid the hot tub and check my room before unloading baggage.

There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. I requested the highest floor but could not be accommodated. The room was noisy from the occupants on the floor above me. There was no coffee one morning & no juice either!
