Room was nice and tidy. The staff were friendly. Check-in was quick and simple. Breakfast was plenty with eggs, bacon, sausages, waffles and French toast. There was only 1 working elevator so the wait was slow. Parking was undergoing renovation so you need to park down the slope and walk up. There's valet if you want. The hot water took a while to warm up.

Hotel listed their pool was not operational until Jan 31, but learned this was extended upon our arrival on Feb 15. This was an inconvenience as our kids were not happy not to have a pool. Entire hotel need an upgrade as our hot water took about 5 minutes to warm up each time along with other structural issues that need to be updated in the rooms. Television did not operate properly and several channels were blacked out.

The whole building feels like it’s falling apart. Everyone parks in the parking circle because they’re too lazy to walk the 500 feet to the temporary lot. You couldn’t even squeeze a Prius around the parking circle last night and this morning. If there was ever a fire, text your loved ones goodbye. Front desk and restaurant staff were fantastic, as usual.

Worst experience - do not stay here. - pool not working even know hotels.com says it is. Zero parking in a bad city.1 elevator outta 3. No hot water . Fridge not working in room . Remotes not working. Cable would only work on upper channels … all I can say is Great valet girl the night we checked in and the maintenance guys trying to help with tv were awesome. but the 2 women that ran the counter when we checked in and checked out should be ashamed of themselves and how they acted . I’ll be asking for a refund

Rooms were clean and spacious. Our room had 2 queen beds and they easily accommodated 2 of us and our late teen children. It's only 20 minutes from Jiminy Peak skiing area. There are several breakfast and food places nearby.
