Love this hotel! ~ Whenever I’m in Pittsfield, this is my hotel of choice. It’s a lovely, quaint, artsy boutique hotel with excellent customer service.

This Hotel, the staff and the rooms are wonderful. I have stayed at the Hotel on North recently four times ( since my mother was admitted to nursing home in the the area) and each time I have had a wonderful stay. In the four times I have been there the staff have been great, know why I am staying there (I am from CNY) and always ask how my experience was with my mother--they are friendly, take the time to listen to me....I feel grateful each time I stay there⭐️⭐️⭐️ a special shout out to Cameron, Andrew and Jamie!!!!
