This custom built home offers a clean and modern place to stay within walking distance to the village of Placencia. Tower House is one of two homes built on almost an acre of beach front manicured land. No other guests will be staying at the property during your stay.
A caretaker lives on the property and is popular with all the guests for his dedication to security, his helpfulness and his pet rabbits.
Tower House has two bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom downstairs, all with ensuite bathrooms. There is an additional half bath downstairs.
The living room seats a large group comfortably on furniture imported from the US. The adjacent dining area seats up to 8 at the locally made Mahogany table or bring the group outside where another table for six sits on the patio overlooking the pool.
The kitchen is well stocked to prepare your own meals or hire the family caterer to prepare a Belizean meal.
The Tower House offers privacy and comfort in a cool relaxed setting that serves as a the perfect base for your Belize exploration.

Beautiful Stay in Placencia

This home was wonderful! It is beautifully decorated, conveniently located and was the highlight of a perfect vacation for me and my family. The beds were comfortable and the pool was so enjoyable. Nick the caretaker is AWESOME! He is so attentive and helpful. We enjoyed cooking in the fully equipped kitchen but it was also fun to walk to nearby bars and restaurants. We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Belize!
