Great beachfront condo, quiet and beautiful

Our second time with this property owner. As before the location, house, and communication was outstanding. Had a great time. It is a bit more remote location due to the ferry ride to the island, but this makes for a quiet and private atmosphere. We will be back again!

Fantastic Stay with a Wonderful Host!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Diane’s property for 3 days and 3 nights. The house was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach. Diane, our host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Her hospitality truly made our stay special. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future!

Dolphin Beach

Dolphin Beach is absolutely beautiful and just steps away from the beach. This property came with everything you might need both inside and to enjoy yourself outside. The owner Diane was very nice, informative, and responsive to any questions. My only regret about this property is not renting it longer. We will definitely be back :)

We had the beach and pool to ourselves, which was amazing. The owner has stocked this place with everything. So many more things than the listing promises. Sand toys, hammock, Shell cleaning station, check. The owner was very responsive and organized. We have never had better.

Perfect beach getaway

You walk into the condo, it’s clean, decorated great and then you see the wide Gulf of Mexico view and you instantly decompress. Diane’s place has everything you need. Beach towels , chairs , kayaks, paddle board, grill and allows dogs!! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. Internet is fast- was able to work while looking at the gulf a few days too

Love Don Pedro!

We love coming down to stay at Don Pedro and have had great luck when booking through Diane Reed and her places. Two of our 4 stays have been through her and we plan to go through them in the future. Great to work with, she stayed in contact and messaged me timely, and the house was amazing! Go check them out!

Little slice of heaven

I almost don't even want to write a good review because I want to keep this place hidden from everyone else in the world. Truly spectacular. 10/10 doesn't even cut it. Dolphin Beach was a gorgeous property steps from the ocean and a perfect pool. We found over 350 shark teeth on the beach right infront of our property. I also swam out to find sand dollars everywhere. We drove our golf cart around all week and played tennis on the court right across from the place. There was also a beautiful dock to park a boat. The island is magnificent. We saw 2 bald eagles, iguana's and a bob cat walking around and the weather was perfect the week we were there. No one drop of rain. The owner's are the nicest people and have truly made this place a walk-on property. Beach chairs, paddle board, towels, and everything you need for a kitchen to make dinner. We stayed there with our family of 5 and our dog and had the best week ever. Can't wait to return.

Fun in the Sun

Dolphin Beach was a great location for our family to get away for Spring Break with small children. The pool and beach were easily accessible for our small children. It helped already having a good selection of beach items (chairs, toys, etc) at the property. Diane was easy to work with and responded quickly to any concerns. If you’re looking for a busy beach or like to go out for multiple meals then it’s probably not for you, but if you like relaxing then it is.

Very nice home and beautiful view!

This unit is very nice and well kept. The beds and bedding are very comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms are nice and clean, and well stocked with all necessities. This is one of few vacation rentals that actually has all the extras listed, and in good shape-beach chairs, paddle board etc, all kept in a nice shed on the ground floor so everything is in good condition. The golf cart rental was a great addition to our stay. Diane is very thorough with all her instructions and prompt with communication. The island is private, secluded, and quiet and that’s one of the reasons we love it, and the view from the porch and balcony are just stunning. It is also so great to have the pool right there and it is also well kept and clean. We definitely plan to return and appreciate Diane’s well hosted property!

Amazing location, beautiful unit, wonderful host! We keep returning to this tropical paradise. Diane is a great host, very responsive and her units are beautiful. Being steps away from both the ocean and the pool is the best way to vacation. The beach is pristine and the water is like crystal. We can't wait to come back.

Best Vacation EVER!!!

Everything was perfect. Beach was amazing. No one was around. Very quiet and private. Dianne was very attentive. The property was clean and well appointed. All the extra stuff was so nice to have on hand. Pool was so nice. No one was there either. Hands down best vacation ever. The island is amazing. We never unpacked our clothes, we stayed in bathing suits 95% of the time!

Great vacation spot

This was our first trip to Palm Island and the beach and accommodations at Dolphin Beach exceeded our expectations. The close proximity to the pool was also a hit with our grandkids. The beach was quiet, the Gulf was crystal clear and calm -- just perfect. We also loved using the kayak that was provided. Thank you, Diane, for a wonderful vacation!

Laid back paradise that is literally steps from the beach!

We love Palm Island. For those who prefer to go on vacation to enjoy the beach, pool, and no-agenda time away, this place is perfect! We have rented from Diane in the past and she's always so easy to work with and her properties are always clean, fully furnished, and very comfortable. Be Prepared

Anyone interested in staying here should understand that you can only get to the island by ferry and the cost of a ferry ride is $55. Inspect the property carefully and take plenty of pictures because the owner will nitpick and try to blame you for things for which you did not notice. Be careful on the second floor balcony. The floor feels like it is about to collapse.
