Upon opening entrance door, chemical smells all over the hallway. Upon opening room door, mold smells. Around shower area, peeled-off painting. The carpet floor is very dirty. The window area is also peeled-off painting, and it's blocked, unsafe.

The pool was green with algae and slime and stagnant water. The pictures are not accurate. The check-in area was awful. The room was sort ok but the bathroom was filthy. Our shoe stuck to the floor as we walked in.

We did not like this hotel. We booked it for two nights actually decided to end our trip a day earlier because our room was so unappealing to be in. We had the “suite” and it was rough. Holes in the wall and overall unclean. We actually wore our shoes inside the whole time because the carpet was so dirty.

The bathroom was dirty. I used a washcloth to clean the bathroom and ot was black! All around the shower, the backsplash around the sink and the counter. The beds are hard, not comfortable at all. Overall the rooms are decent. The carpets need a good deep clean, they feel sticky on your barefeet. The pool is supposed to be heated but its freezing.

Property was dirty, unkept, rundown. Should be condemned. Carpets were old and filthy & has not been replaced since it was built probably! There were stains on the comforter. My recommendation is to stay away from this property! If other hotels in area were not $500 a night, we would have switched hotels!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Some amenities were damaged. The hotel stated it was a no smoking zone, but most of the buildings smelled like cigarette smoke. Close to several restaurants and shopping centers. Would stay again, but there are other options to check out as well.

Door to outside was broken. Anyone could get in. rug in hall way and room stained. Bedspread stained Room phones did not work. bathroom walls peeling and floors in shower moldy. Rust and discoloration on walls and trim.

There wasn't much to like. The buildings were not secured by locks, the fire doors were open, the curtains and rim of sink were moldy, carpet in room had some weird stuff that was slimy, beds were not remade, trash bags not replaced, towels radomly different quantities and sometime not enough. Room was not cleaned well even upon arrival. Property is generally dingy and outdated.

For an older hotel, it was pretty clear and well kept. The rooms smelled musty and damp when we ran the the a/c, which was most of the time. Security was not a strong suit as doors were left unsecured and open. Staff was VERY kind. Overall, it was ok! Thank you!!
