Outstanding place to stay! The owner was very accomodating regarding the key pick up, and it worked out just great! Apartment is huge with fully equiped kitchen and even a clothes washer/dryer that works great! The price was reasonable and the location is in the middle of town next to the Plauen Tram "Capitol" stop. Ideal! Thanks!

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Plauen.Die Wohnung ist schön, aber es gibt noch etwas Verbesserungsbedarf.Positive Dinge zuerst ;) große Wohnung sehr sauber Waschtrockner im Bad Badewanne im Bad Verdunkelungsvorhänge in den Schlafzimmern separater Froster in der KücheNegative Dinge:- Wohnung ist für 5 Personen ausgelegt, aber es gibt keinen Tisch wo alle dran sitzen konnten. Es gibt lediglich eine Theke, an der 4 Barhocker stehen. Ausreichend Platz in der Wohnküche wäre für einen Tisch und entsprechende Stühle.- Ausstattung mit Geschirr ist sehr notdürftig. Es gibt keine Schüsseln für Müsli o.Ä. und die Anzahl des Geschirrs ist tlw. so begrenzt, dass man nach jeder Mahlzeit aufwaschen muss.- Kein Sonnenschutz im Wohnzimmer für die Fenster.- Das Internet war gedrosselt und erst 1 Tag vor Abreise war das "Highspeed-Internet" verfügbar. Die Tage zuvor mussten wir unsere mobilen Daten nutzen.- In der Anzeige wurden, zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung, ein reservierter Parkplatz beschrieben. Kurz vor Anreise kam, auf Nachfrage meinerseits, die Rückmeldung, dass der Parkplatz nicht mehr verfügbar ist. Da wir mit dem Parkplatz gerechnet haben und dieser vorauss. im Mietpreis enthalten ist, fühlten wir uns darum betrogen.- Es gibt keine Informationsbroschüre mit ein paar Infos. Wenigstens zu Müll, Kontaktdaten, Hausordnung ist das Mindeste. Ich musste anrufen, wo der Müll zu finden ist, da es nicht offensichtlich ist, dass ich in die Tiefgarage gehen muss.
