I had the private swim out room and everything was perfect, super clean Staff was on point as well as butler and they all as a team just strived to make our stay perfect!!!! The staff is always there constantly asking our needs or wants, lucury high end and is def worth it Food is delicious Beverages are top notch I love my Don Julio I loved the Pool Party on Wednesday Will definitely come back

Service, cleanlines food is all great. Best area on the beach and they clean it all day long. It is quieter resort and smaller, so less food options, but that was perfect for us. Spa and Hydrothreapy are very nice. No need to worry about reserving chairs by the pool or beach. It is a great resort.

The food options were so-so. The buffet was often not well stocked (mostly in the evening). Some of the staff at the buffet were unprofessional - the woman on the grill on new year;s day spent most of her time talking to Spanish speaking guests and wasn't paying attention to her cooking and ruined some beautiful seafood (burnt on one side raw on the other). One of the hostesses was on her phone when I came in and ignored my hello and didn't engage with me. Personal phones should not be allowed on the floor, But a big shout out to Alejandro in the Italian restaurant for his professionalism, great

We had never been to this area so picking this place was a shot in the dark. To our relief, this property was very nice. The food was better than expected. Anything we needed or asked about was addressed. We would definitely stay here again
