I had a great experience at this hotel. The overall stay was very enjoyable, and I would rate it highly for cleanliness, comfort, and service. The beach was clean and well provided with lounge chairs and activities for those who want them such as volleyball and water sports. The resort was clean and the pools were nice. However, we learned there are tiers to what is accessible. They have a few higher tier areas that weren’t available to us. The restaurants had a good variety of foods. The El Gaucho steak house was amazing.

Sandos Playacar was an amazing all inclusive place to stay at! The food was very good and staff members Melisa, Zyanya, Majo, and Mar were very excellent! They reserved all of our dinner places for us and we had a big party, they did a good job at accommodating all of us. They constantly kept in touch with us and updating us and confirmed all dinners and communicated well. This place was excellent to stay at there was so many things to do and fun for the family of all ages!
