TV didn't work; WIFI didn't work; no reading lamp and only one overhead light -- which didn't provide enough light to read at night, so I was stuck with NOTHING to do but sit in the ugly room. Small couch in room was filthy and I didn't dare put a suitcase or anything on it. The toilet was plugged ... but worst is the MOLD you can smell -- but do not see until you see the back of the building. Their website makes it look like the building has been fully renovated and painted --- it's not. After waiting two days for TV and WIFI to be fixed and thinking smell may dissipate, I checked out. I had paid in full to hotels.com and front desk would not reimburse me. I paid in full for SIX days and checked out after two. (It would have been after one night, but I gave them a chance to fix TV & WIFI ... but NOTHING still would work). Front desk personnel said I needed to contact hotels.com for any reimbursement.
Muy mal trato del recepcionista querĂa hacer el cobro de 2400 mĂĄs del valor estipulado ya en la app que por el tipo de cambio que manejan ellos cambio el costo, muy nefasto ni las buenas tardes ni nada.
Un lugar muy cĂłmodo para las familias. EstĂĄ una excelente ubicaciĂłn, tiendas, plazas y lugares para pasear. El mar estĂĄ a unos cuantos pasos. La habitaciĂłn estĂĄ limpia y el personal es muy amable.
El hotel no esta mal , lo que esta pesimo es la aplicaciĂłn de expedia que tiene datos del hotel que no coinciden fĂsicamente con la ubicaciĂłn, ademas que dan una tarifa de estancia y no es valida en el hotel , ademas que al hotel no se le informĂł de la reservacion , asi que expedia no sirve
