My husband and I have been travelling down from Canada to the southern States. This was definitely the nicest room from the motels we’ve rented so far. The room was very clean with super comfortable clean beds & a clean newer carpet. The room was also really quiet. Good continental breakfast. I will be looking to book these motels in the future. Hotel was under construction and wish it would have been disclosed online prior to booking or an email sent out. Hotel was dirty, room smelled like mold, AC made the room feel humid, shower was dirty and MOLDY, ELEVATOR did not work, husband has a bad back which made his walk up painful and rug was completely dirty.. We arrived around midnight, so it was too late for us to find other accommodations as we had been driving for over 6 hours.

We met Tatum at the front door and she made our check in so easy. We had to quickly book a second room and she was able to get us in the same floor with our elderly father.
