Just a few minutes from the beaches, this pleasant house of 100 m² welcomes you for a stay with family or friends in Pléneuf-Val-André. Spacious and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 8 people in a calm environment with a view of the garden.
Outside, you will enjoy a enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing in complete peace and quiet. A 20 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to share good meals and make the most of the fine weather.
Inside, you will discover from the entrance a beautiful, welcoming and bright living space. The lounge, comprising a sofa, three armchairs and a television, offers a comfortable space to gather. The adjoining dining area has a large table that can accommodate up to 8 people to share warm moments. The open-plan American kitchen, modern and fully equipped, includes induction hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso and Senseo coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. Two large bay windows provide direct access to the terrace and garden, bringing beautiful light to the whole space.
On the night side, the house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, all located upstairs:
