Ideally located in the heart of Romantic Brittany, halfway between Rennes and Saint-Malo, and close to Dinan, Les Petites rives de la Motte is the perfect starting point to discover this beautiful region. Just 10 minutes from Dinan, 20 minutes from Rennes and Saint-Malo, and 40 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, you will have quick access to many local attractions: the Bourbansais Zoo (3 min), Cobac Parc (10 min), and the Grand Aquarium (20 min).
The 80 m² Fale Tolu house, recently renovated in 2024 (the exterior developments are still in progress), can accommodate up to 6 people. A travel cot can be added on request for a baby. It has a large living room of 40 m² on the ground floor, including a fully equipped and fitted open kitchen, a dining area and a lounge with television. Upstairs, two bedrooms of 12 m²: the first with a double bed (160), and the second with two single beds (90). A Japanese-style staircase leads to a mezzanine, where there are also two single beds (90). You will also find a second toilet and a shower room with washing machine upstairs.
Little extra: The beds will be made upon your arrival! You will just need to bring your own towels and bath linens.
Outside , this charming semi-detached house of another gîte is nestled in the heart of nature, surrounded by fields, thus offering a peaceful and relaxing setting. The west-facing terrace offers a pleasant view of a 3500 m² fishing pond. Your children will be able to enjoy the playground with a climbing wall, a swing and a slide. You can also enjoy a barbecue or a picnic by the pond, and why not try a game of fishing (no-kill of course!). Access to the pond is secured by a gate, however, children remain under the responsibility of their parents near the water.
You can also rent two other cottages on the property: Fale Lua (6 people) and Fale Tahi (10 people).
