We welcome you to a charming traditional farmhouse in a peaceful setting on the banks of the Rance, in Pleurtuit, between Dinard and Saint-Malo.



The two rooms, Rosée and Canopée, are perfect for families. Each accommodates up to 2 guests and offers a warm, relaxing atmosphere with quality bedding. You will have a private bathroom, a small kitchen, and a cozy upstairs lounge area with a sofa. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.



A simple breakfast is included every morning to start your day right.



As a sports, Pilates, nature, and hiking enthusiast, your host is happy to share tips to help you discover the gems of the Emerald Coast.



The house enjoys a privileged location just 5 meters from a historic washhouse, close to several boat launches and the GR34 hiking trails. You will have easy access to the Rance riverbanks, beaches, and beautiful Emerald Coast landscapes. Public parking is available 10 meters from the property, and bus lines connect easily to Dinard and Saint-Malo.



Check-in is from 7 p.m., and check-out is before 10 a.m. Multiple-night stays are possible, but guests cannot remain in the house between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
