The house is ideally located on the banks of the Rance, equidistant from the 3 key towns of character: the medieval town of Dinan, the renowned seaside resort of Dinard, and Saint-Malo. You can reach the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast in 20 minutes, Mont St-Michel in 45 minutes, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, and Saint-Suliac just a few kilometres away, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France!
The property is located in a hamlet 2 km from the village centre, overlooking the marina. So you can enjoy the peace and quiet and recharge your batteries. Don't forget the region's gastronomic delights, particularly its seafood (Cancale oysters), and of course its crêpes, galettes and cider.
