The house of 85 m² includes a comfortable living room with sea view and a convertible sofa bed for two people, a balcony with sea view, a kitchen open to the living room fully equipped, a bedroom with king-size bed made in Brittany and overlooking sea, a room with two single beds that can be combined in a double bed, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet.

Living room equipment: connected TV, sound system with bluetooth connection, internet box with international TV, games console.

Kitchen equipment: steam oven, microwave with grill and rotating heat, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker for filter coffee and Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster.

Access to the garden, barbecue, washing machine and dryer, private parking and free internet connection.

Your holiday home is located in a beautiful natural site slightly above the Guerzit beach accessible by a pedestrian path, where you can enjoy relaxing moments during refreshing swim or explore vast expanses of sand at low tide ideal for lovers of fishing on foot.

Sheets, towels and tea towels (excluding beach towels) are included in the price. Beds made on arrival.
