The staff was fantastic and the pricing good. The room was not great. I woke up freezing, 60 degrees, although the thermostat was set to 68. I couldn't get the heat to work. The water pressure was beyond terrible. It took me about 20 minutes to fully rinse my hair.
For a new hotel, I was surprised to see carpeting wrinkled causing a tripping hazard, poorly finished trim work. The adverised amenities were not avaliable; pool and restaurant/bar not in operation.
I would not book again.
We stayed when they had just opened. The kitchen was not finished, so breakfast options were limitted to muffins.
Liked the sailing decor. Everything was fresh and clean. We could hear people walking in the floor above us through the night.
Very convenient to Rte 3 and downtown Plymouth.
Ample parking.
Immediate restaurants are meh chains.
I tagged along with my husbandâs business trip. We brought our dog with us to keep me company. Our room was very big and very comfortable. The breakfast was a little lacking in offering. But overall, this is a great place to stay in. The location was perfect for our needs.
Didnt know there wasnt continental breakfast, the water took 20 minutes to warm up, the air conditioning in the room was faulty, a wall strip on a corner was dangling off, and there was a weird diver in the floor next to the shower.
We werent there much so it wasnt a super big deal but it felt like a new construction project that cut corners
This is a new hotel. Clean, beds are very comfortable. Room amenities include a microwave, fridge and keurig. Pool not ready. Breakfast is only a small muffin and coffee. Over priced snack bar available
Thought it a bit unusual the water dispenser was unavailable after coffee hour! Overall, hotel is overpriced for what it offers. Stayed 3 nights.
