Beaches – Plymouth seafront is easy to get to, and there are plenty of beaches just a short drive from the apartment, including those at Bovisand Bay, Wembury, and Batten Bay.
Plymouth City Centre – you’ll find everything you’d expect from a major UK city here, Shopping. Eating. Drinking. Relaxing. You can do it all.
The Business District – corporate visitors will enjoy having easy access to the local area’s retail and commercial districts.
Plymouth Hoe – here’s an area of the city that attracts thousands of visitors to various events each year. And it’s not far from the apartment.
Getting Around: The secure compound has a reserved car park billet for 1 vehicle. Please use the allocated space as the others are for our neighbours.
If you need parking for an additional vehicle there are plenty of parking options available in the streets and side streets close to the apartment. Many are Pay & Display, some spaces offer three hours of free parking (George Place), and there’s also overnight parking for a very reasonable £2 per night. Finally, there is a carpark 5 minutes (walking distance) away, Strand Street Carpark - PL1 3RL
If you’re not driving here, taxis and bus services will get you around the local area as well as many taxi services. Contact details are in the welcome book within the apartment.
If you’re not planning to travel quite so far, having Plymouth coach and train station nearby is convenient, as you can catch road and rail services to various locations in Devon, Cornwall and across the rest of the UK, including up to Edinburgh!
Other Things to Note: *Check-in is between 3pm-10pm. *Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels low, especially between 10pm and 8am. *For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee. *Children are welcome to stay in the house but the travelling party are responsible for their safety and linen is not provided for children's cots due to specific requirements to each individual, health and safety. ***No parties, & No Smoking (throughout our entire space)*** * The cleaning fee in the reservation breakdown includes 20% VAT *For reservations outside Airbnb, we would require a damage deposit of £150 which will be invoiced to guests prior to check-in. This will cover any extra costs like undisclosed extra guests/pets, extra cleaning (deep cleaning) fees, etc. This will be refunded in full after check-out if no extra charges are incurred during your stay. **If any noise complaints are received from neighbouring property or there is evidence of a party having taken place on checkout we shall claim a £100 fee for violation of the hosting rules.
