The room was very clean and our adapted room had all the features I needed. The handrails were easy to put up and down as needed. The bed also had a light under it which was very helpful. It switched off when you were on the bed but switched itself on when you got off. This low level lighting is brilliant for somebody like me who is mobility impaired and doesn't want to spend time looking for a light switch in an unfamiliar place. The staff were very helpful as well.

Very polite. Helpful staff. Very modern and spotless room and bathroom. Lounge and bar area are great, lots of amenities, board games and pool table. Umbrella hire. So good we stayed a second night!

Check in was poor. Staff not bothered in any way to help. Room was cold and didn’t warm up. Booked premium room and it was a disabled with an open shower which wasnt hot enough. The bathroom had a drain smell. Only positive was it was a quiet room as end of corridor.
